    Can anybody tell me how to access the microswitch by the door handle that controls the elec windows going up or down when you lock and unlock the door. have spoken to vag doctor and he says try cleaning the microswitch. any help would be appreciated.

    Take door card off then at the end of the door there are 4 screws, 3 hold the lock and one holds the outside handle the switch is at the top of the lock in line with the key hole. to get the lock out you need to give it a bit of a lift and wiggle as it hooks on at the top.
    ps. there torx screws.
