CVT Multitronic GearBox

Hi I have a 2002 A6 2.5 Tdi sport avant with a Multitronic gearbox.
It has done 190k with no gearbox problems.
Am I the exception to the rule?
The car now owes me nothing, but is there anything I can do to extend the life of the box?

Make sure you change the transmission oil regularly, Audit say every 40k but you could change it sooner.
