He wants to be a pilot, and is starting college (Trafford College) in September studying Aviation and Tourism.

I think it may have been me you discussed with, in an old PM !
Didn't you say you work in Chadderton with something to do with aviation stuff ? Or am I thinking of somebody else ?

Cool, and yes you are half right. I don't think any of our products (semi-conductors) go in planes though. But don't quote me. I do work in Chadderton not far I guess from BAE Systems, or what was BAe. Don't think there is much left in Chadderton BAE Sys. now. Did have an interview there many years ago, in fact about 10 or 12.

I'm trying to decide where to go today. local or dartford.

I also have to arrange to get my car fixed, but also want it back before Sunday when I'm off to work at silverstone for the GP. Or do I arrange it for next week and accept that it won't look as good.

The other thing I'm deciding on is weather I get an S-Line rear bumper or the standard sport rear bumper as a replacement. I'm not sure if the S-line one looks a bit cheap with it's black plastic lower section. Although I could get it sprayed as well. hmmm

Outgoing Car: 2007 56 Plate Audi A3 Sport Sportback 2.0TDi 170 PD in Black

Fantastic working at the GP. Me I would forgo the car getting fixed (depending on what is being fixed of course).

Not sure what the S-line rear bumper looks like, but I hate the black stuff around the bottom of my Passat. Looks great when clean but soon gets scuffed and tatty looking IMHO.

In addition, the two front tyres are bald, and they're cracking, another MOT failiure. She's paid £8000 for the car, and it's an MOT failiure! I think she will be paying them a visit this week to get some cash back...

She didn't buy from the same place you bought from did she?
