Hi all,

This is my first time on here so please bear with me,

My gf has recently bought a 2.0 Y reg beetle. but i have noticed it being abit thirsty with oil.

I got it home and gave it a new filter and replaced the oil, but within two weeks it had drank about 1.5 ltrs of oil, i popped the cap to see the dreaded mayo textered white oil, but its not on the dip stick, and no power has been lost and the water is fine.

i don't think this is condensation building up in the head as the car does 40 miles a day to work and back. Also all the breathers are clear!!

Is this just a party piece of the old 2.0 ltr?? or it does it sound worse??

nope, it still drives fine just drinks alot of oil
