Door warning lights...not working

I noticed all 4 doors have what seems to be a warning liht when open. However, none seem to work so are these an option or have they been turned off somehow? I doubt all four are just deflectors and dont fancy prying them apart without a manual.

Any ideas?

hi a4 jim,think you will find that they are just reflectors,or at least mine are.use a small screw driver and gently prise one out to confirm it.........

I think it might depend what spec car you have?

I have a Sport, and they are lights in my car.

i also have a sport but they are definately reflectors on mine,which i found strange because my older SE model did have lights.....
