What can be done to input the value back to the ECU?? Im having this error i.e. 00282 - Output Open on my VW Jetta 1.4 AHW engine year 00.

You cannot input the value. The ECU measures the actuator's internal resistance and checks the measured value against the prescribed range as determined by the factory. You must correct the wiring and or replace the failed component.
