Actually there is a sparkle of hope about this one. Apparently although Boris has decided to scrap the idea of extendig the congestion charge zone... There are still issues with the low emission zone though and since this is affecting transport firms the most, I'm gessing that the etra cost will be passed on the the consumer...

Alas, the Government might be making their first decent decision in what ? 3 years ? Nah longer...

Not really... First thing Boris did was exactly what he promissed to do which was to get rid of all the under 16's using public transport for free. His reason (and a rightfull one at that) was the most of them were terrorising other passanger anyway and making a campplete mockery of public transport...

Last I hear was that some 700 jobs were going in Cityhall as well because good old Boris wanted to clear p some of the burocracy. The way he's going he's either going to get very far or he's gonna get shot...

We'll see how it develops... Guy hasn't een in charge for all too long so you need to give it some time to see how things are panning out. After all, Ken wasn't too bad when he became the boss of London... It's only after a little while that everything went downhill.
