    Hello people
I have spent most of the day sorting out an Audi A4 that has been repaired after having 10K´s worth of front end damage.
more or less a complete front end, ALL air bags and dash have been replaced.

After deleting all the codes to find out what was left i have managed to sort almost ALL of them out but have a few that still remain
in this list you can ignore the AIR-CON faults as it still needs to be gassed.

Thanks for the info as had another go at it today
so far i have the key sorted and also the angle sensor but STILL have the following causing me some trouble lol
i have been through the above links and followed the procedures but this is stopping me i think

    [Security Access - 16]
Enter 30475, to enable the basic setting.
If you are having problems performing this security access, contact us.

When i enter the code 30475 all i get is a message that it is blocked by SEED
cant remember the full message lol
    just for information
the car had a FULL set of front air bags, sensors, seat belt pre pensioners and also a NEW air bag ECU.
i have recoded the new ECU with the soft coding and air bag lights have gone out

The car also had a NEW air bag slip ring
also the lights i have on the dash are
    ABS light
Traction control light and hand brake light

I checked the PN before it was fitted is is identical to the old one

i am quite new to VAG-COM in genral terms and can do most of the basic stuff and although this has phased me a little i think i did quite well lol
from about 30-40 faults i thought it was going well untill this came up

Think i will get it over to Audi to finish the job then all i need to do is get the customer to bring ALL the other keys to code them as i think they will not work now as i have set it to just 1 as it is the only key i had today

    Thanks guys

and safe to say this one beat me this time lol

oh well onwards and all that

    Andy

yummm BETA version, will pop over and have a gander
