Hi i think it is but it doesnt have rear door speakers, i had the beta radio before and changed it to a gamma in order to fit rear speakers.

Just not sure on how powerful they need to be in order to sound good.

youd be better to do them all ( if £££ allows ) otherwise youll end up with great sounds in the back but nothing up front.

    now remember where you sit

You can pick a couple of speakers up from a salvage place.... The rear doors have tweeters by the handles too with the standard system...

Hi, i went and bought a pair of speakers from halfords today and have only just realised will my radio power them? The speakers have a min input of 50w rms and the head unit i have is a VW Gamma model.

Will the speakers i bought be ok for the radio? Any thoughts on this would be great!

    Thanks wayne!

Think the output out of the Gamma is 20w per channel so you could be struggling with those....
