Red Light Speed Camera

Hello
Just wondering if any body knew how these work?

What I want to know is do they act as a speed camera as well, meaning when the lights are Green and you pass through at slighly over speed will they flash you.
There were no lines on the floor what so ever so i'm assuming they wont as i'm pretty sure they need lines on the floor to measure speed over distance.
Can anyone help?

There are some cameras which double up as red light and speed cameras. They are produced by a company called redspeed international.

Try googling them them and see what info you get.

I had an interview with them a couple of years back, but they didn't meet my criteria!
