Hi. I'm Matt and I am new to all of this. Recently I have just sold my baby which was a 98 Passat 1.8 20v turbo which I dearly miss already. But things are looking up as I am waiting for my new car to be preped and valeted which is another Passat (98 s plate) but this time i've gone to the diesel generation (1.9 110bhp). Hope she lives up to my expectations. I LOVE ME PASSATS!!! TTFN.

Just an update from my first note. Have now taken ownership of my TDI and may I say what a little beauty she is. As soon as i picked her up driving down the M1 I was amazed at the mpg I was getting. A lot better from the 28 mpg I was getting from the 1.8 20v turbot!!!! Dead chuffed with the ride, interior (full leather) and everything else. Only downside is that she needs a proper set of alloys instead of the steel dustbin lids sat on her hubs. On look out for some 17" RS4 which I think look the dogs chuds!! TTFN

Me too, mine has those plastic wheels, last time I had them was on my trike
