Some time ago I wrote about our daughters Polo being VERY wet in the offside footwells. I got some help from the forum but little from our local dealer who insisted it would be the door seals as they said the near side door seal was damaged and needed replacing. Having pointed out to them that the water (At least two pints) was on the off side and that it was unlikely to be jumping across the car, they renewed the door seals, tested the car, having dried it out (£300 just to dry it) They then applied the pressure hose to discover a hole in the bulkhead which was allowing water to "pour in " This took the bill to over £600. They have agreed to knock 30% off this bill but would like to know if anyone else has had the same problem and any views on the inability of the garage to listen to their customer.
    Thanks
