    Recently the car completely shuts down and loses all electronics when I accelerate from being stopped. After a few seconds I can restart and everything appears fine. This has happed twice the in the last two days.

    Just a thought, check the wires on the altenator to see if they are connected well or are fraid in any way. They will cause you problems if they are not connected properly.

    Hope Zeddrick had more luck in repairing his car
