Thread: what colour is the reverse light wire

    Hi all

    Pulling my hair out over this. Fitting parking sensors so trying to find reverse light wire. It is white at the lamp but once it disappears behind the c post trim it changes (I assume) and I just can't suss it out. Anybody out there who can help?

    needle in a hay stack i'm afraid mate. The wires will be the same colour as all the other wires. Best bet is to run a new wire from the reversing bulb through the rubber tube and do it like that. Trust me on this one. I had the same issue when wiring the dog light when instaling my tow bar. See the guide.

    Cheers for that....have taken your advice and have finally got the blighter working. It had got to the stage where I thought i would have to buy my wife another xmas present instead!
