Hi, I have tried to repair my Climate Control Display (96 A4 1.8 SE) by re-soldering the connections, unfortunately while the display now works fine, most of the buttons that previously worked now dont. I have seen identical units on Ebay, but the letters within the part number are different, although all the numbers are the same as mine. Does any one know if a unit with a slightly differnt number will work.
