    Hi,

Just removed my MFD Sat Nav for an ipod head unit. Forgot I still had CD's (Girlfriends ones!) in the autochanger.

It wont release the magazine, I guess it has no power now.

Any way of manually getting the mag out??

    Cheers!

Slide a stiff peice of card gently under the magazine and wiggle it about, the mag should release. This won't get any cd that was in the changer out though.

Cheers! I'll try that in a bit and let you know what happend.

Also, I have noticed that the bass in this Golf is poor in comparrison to the other 4 I have had. It must have the same speakers in as the rest (all GTi T's) and its the same head unit. Dont think there is naything the audio fitter could have left unplugged so i am confused as to why the bass is poor in this car.

I have always found the Golf to be great with a decent after market head unit.

    Wahts up this time?
