2014 vw golf dsg 1.6

Hi i.m hoping someone can help me??

I have a 2014 VW Golf Match 1.6 Tdi DSG..

based in the North East England... We have recently had some colder weather -1. Car starts and drives fine as long as i do not turn on the heater fans when the car is cold, once i turn on the heater fans it loses all drive and rev are restricted to 1100 rpm turn the heater fans off and it drives perfect. please see fault codes below.

B10CD00 - Function limitation due to energy management

P171900 - Function limitation due to engine control module

Out side temperature is -2 degrees if i warm the outside temp sensor up it drives fine with the heater fans on??

I've no idea what it could be? Please help i'm new to the forum..

The way stop/start car AGM batteries fail can be confusing as modern permanent magnet starters will turn over an engine on less voltage than the engine needs to run properly. If it is the original, have it replaced with a top quality AGM such as Varta, Bosch or Exide. The new battery may need coding to the car and on early Golf 7’s this can be tricky even with the dealer system.
