    Yo,

Been a while! Wondering if anyone can shed some light on a problem a friend is having with a 2010 Octavia 4x4 2.0TDi 140 CFHC.

Was serviced 6months ago and took just over 4L of oil. Checked yesterday and found it was high, drained around 6L of seemingly thin oil out of it?

Do CR engines have issues with diesel leakage into the sump? I thought this was a PD issue not CR?

Can anyone shed any light on where’s best to start looking or is it a common problem?

    Ta

    Aidan

If it is Diesel contamination then that can only be injector flow, there is no other way fuel can get into the oil as the injectors are a closed circuit.
