Front floor mats have worn through at my heels. OEM part number is 8E2863691c ( soul/black). Local dealer tells me discontinued last year. I cant see anything online of same quality, plenty of rubber mats or cloth ones which don't look like they are of same quality or look of the originals. So what are people buying if they want to keep the original look?

Are the b8 mats roughly similar such that they could be shoehorned in?

I'll be honest, I got fed up with my right heel wearing a hole in the carpet floor mat, for the second time, so I purchased the OEM rubber mats for the car. Back in 2019, these were only £39.95 for the front set and £22.85 for the rears, a lot easier to keep clean as well, I just pressure shake them out or pressure wash them. Unfortunately price has risen now quite a bit, guess that is what happens when they are discontinued.

    Fronts:8E2061501A041 - now £68.86
    Rears: 8E0061511041
