2020 Q7 - All cameras stopped working

Hello

For around a week how, all my cameras have stopped working. The MMI just had an icon of a camera with a red line through it.

Ignition cycle doesn’t do anything and they don’t work at all. Parking sensors and cross traffic assist still working.

Dealer saying it’ll be a long wait to get booked in because of covid!

Any tips gratefully received.

Hey mine did this - don’t think I had a cross or anything from memory - they just didn’t work. Ended up having camera ECU changed from memory? I can’t remember if I posted on here at all?

But mine isn’t a 2020 it’s a 2016 MY

You can try to do a MMI reboot. Press the radio button for about 20 seconds until both screens go blank. Maybe it will help, although I'm afraid that the fault is more serious. But it's always worth trying.
