I can't comment on the other options you mentioned but I am also a fan of the Moonstone Grey. I find the paint on mine to be pretty robust (if such a thing can happen!) Stone chips aren't as noticeable as you think, although there may be more over winter with the grit on the roads.

You have to look pretty hard for the stone chips, I found my previous car in metallic silver to show the stone chips very easily. Hope this helps!
