    Default Where does this go? – 29-12-2020,11:44 AM
    I’ve only had the Golf as about a week, and found this plug dangling in the engine bay, does it go somewhere, or is it from an option I don’t have? It’s an 04 1.4 FSI

    At a guess i would say reverse light switch on the gearbox?

    Difficult to work out where it is. Horn within bumper maybe? Not sure if you'll have two tone horn with left / right units - so a simple sound test might not make that obvious.

    Seen plugs like that for front fog lights that are not fitted
