Cam/Valve cover part number help

Hi, I need a valve cover for my 2.0tdi BRE engine (2006 A6).

I have two part numbers that may be the same/cross reference....can anybody help which part number is correct or which ones will work.

Not taken mine off yet to check its number.

03G103475B

any help appreciated

The 03G 103 469 K variant is for the 2006 BRE engine.

The other one is for a BLB engine.

Thanks Dan, so my car would be the 469K one if I look, it is indeed a 2006 BRE.
Would the other one fit do you know? my one has a little pipe on the opposite side to the oil filler.

I can't answer that one as they both have the breather pipe.

ok, thanks.. some only have the main pipe from the valve, others the little pipe too. I think it may well interchange.....certainly I have been told they do. Cheers

The little pipe is a vacumm pipe, this maybe where the vacumm is sourced from on the BRE engine.
