Transmission 09L adaption values

Hi all,
looking at my adaption values for transmission, have 09L 6 speed tiptronic.
changes are not as smooth as I would like, some gear changes are very smooth, almost un noticeable, howvever some are ‘clunky’.

looking at checking on how to confirm if a clutch is adapted, as may do an adaption run if I can find a nice quiet long road

looking at existing values,
there are 4 boxes - am I looking for anything specific to confirm adaption if I do a run? How do I know if it’s completed the adaption on clutches?

would these values tell me anything as they are?

p.s recently had the ATF changed, which is one of the reasons Im looking to re adapt it

Think I’ve got it - second value is adaption count, a reset should bring this to zero - when adapted this will start to show numbers.

just need to find suitable road now
