Finally i brought vag-com to see what actually happens with my car.

Car details: A4 B8/8K 2010. 88kw (2.0 TDI).


From vag-com i see:

High fuel pressure: specified value IE00201 - 250000 hPa

Fuel high pressure: actual 253000 hPa (idle, but value is variyng)

Fuel high pressure: control difference:

.......when 0-5000 - no rough idle, stable

.......when +/-10 000, 20 000 or more => rough idle, car shakes including engine

In one moment difference is 0-5000 and it works nice, and after pressing gas pedal or driving and stopping this difference goes wild and needs time to go low and making idle stable.


I changed both low fuel pumps, hpfp, injectors, not sure if "fuel pressure regulator" and "fuel pressure sensor" are replaced.

Does it have anything with this, do you have any clue what this "Fuel high pressure: control difference" means, and how to fix it?

Symptoms:
- rough idle
- excessive vapor from exhaust pipe
- gas pedal too sensitive
