I have a 2009 A6. For sometime, I have only been able to open the drivers door using the key, which has not been a big issue. However, recently, I have been having random problems with other doors not unlocking on the fob.....sometimes the passenger door and sometimes one of the rear doors.

I understand that the problem is probably due to sticking micro switches in the drivers door lock and replacing the lock should at least solve the issue with the drivers door.....however, will the sticking micro switches also affect the operation of other doors?

it might well do - the control unit not getting the expected feedback and doing god knows what.
I have the same random issue with my drivers door, seasonal - kicks in around now. I have been looking out for a new lock but RHD ones are hard enough to find, there are some on ebay but have a shipping cost on them.

I thought about sourcing on eBay but concerned about quality/condition. However, I find I can get a new lock from my local Audi dealer for £163 so I will probably go down that route if I have to.
incidentally, I have found slamming the door does correct the problem, albeit temporarily.
