Hi all, has anyone retrofitted this into an a7 or A6 platform ? I’m looking at retrofitting TSR and active lane assist and this seems a pre requisite of that.

Module is easy to source just wonder about wiring and anything else I need to know ?

    Thanks

    Ryan

You will almost certainly need to have component protection removed from the device so it works with your car. This requires speciaist equipment that is not widely available outside the franchised dealer network

No cp on the image processing unit, i have just swapped mine to a newer version to get traffic sign recognition on, though i think it pulls the speeds from the maps anyway.

Perfect, it is based in the passenger footwell area, think passenger seat needs removing too. Found a couple of threads online googling by Rizzio and another on a Russian forum but seems to give wiring information.

Has anyone retrofitted this? Just after how about fitting the module in the floor , any cutting that needs doing ? Cable routing ? Up passenger “A” pillar and to camera?

I have the bracket and the ecu and the lvds cable should be at TPS this week, I have a new connector to wire the ecu into the flexray.

So just looking for some guidance really.
