Hi all just signed up hoping to gain some info about my car.
    Basically it's a 2007 a6 Estate 2.0tdi.
7 speed tiptronic dsg box if I'm correct?
    Had a remap from 140bhpto 180bhp and 320nm of torques to 400nm.
After that it went to sh*#.
It burst a fuel pipe, had it replaced, and later that week broke down with a horrible whine when in drive mode.
Now when cold it moves fine for around 15 mins but once warm starts to shake gently and owly gets worse as to make you stop driving.
I've had a garage say my gearbox oils OK and one say it sounds like it's low, I have no dipstick as it's a so called sealed for life box apparently.
I have it booked in to go on vagcom next week. So see what comes of that. But any help from you knowledgeable guys would be very much appreciated.

Welcome to the forum. Post your question in the relevant model section for more answers as not everyone checks new members section.
If it is 2007 then it will be a multitronic / CVT gearbox , i think, which had some issues

I'm pretty sure the gearbox should have regular oil changes at 38k miles. The early tiptronics were sealed for life (according to Audi but not the gearbox manufacturer). See what the VCDS scan comes up with.
