Hi All- it’s been a month I have been driving my MY20 Q7 Vosprung and have noticed the drive select modes do not allow to select the 3rd ride height setting. Auto and comfort raise the car to 2nd height setting. All road takes it up to 4 and dynamic down to 1. I feel the car rides a bit low for my preference. Is this standard? Can the air suspension setting be changed to allow a slightly higher ride (number 3) in comfort and auto mode?

I’ll need to double check but on the PFL - Auto / comfort I think is set at height 3.

All road 4, Off-road 5 and Dynamic at 2? But this is the PFL car so it could well have changed for MY20.

There’ll probably be something coding wise I assume?

I'm not familiar with the MY20 menu system, but what about to set an individual setting?

Thanks - I also assume we should be able to fix via coding . Dealer has refused as they say it is as per standard Audi settings. Are there any independent garages who can re- code. I think maybe the 22inch rims might have something to do with it .

Tried individual setting but it allows 3 settings of comfort, Balanced and dynamic for suspension. Comfort and balanced keep it at level 2 while dynamic lowers it further to 1 . If I manually increase the ride height (raise) it jumps to straight level 4.
