I have 2020 Q7 BE, and was under imprecision that all new Q7 have the light show, when unlock and lock the vehicle. I have not seen it on mine. The lights just go off or on when lock/unlock the vehicle. Am I missing something here, or there is a setup in the menu somewhere?

You only get it with the Q7 Vorsprung, not the other trims.

That is what I am hoping for someone to confirm.

I am afraid there is no chance to change it with coding. This is the hardware (lamps) limitation. You can change the version of taillights animation (from standard to RS ) but you need a car with a basic animation. This is how it works in Q8 and I am assuming that Q7 has the same system.
