    Default 2002 vw v6 4 motion speedo problems – 20-09-2020,08:29 AM
    Hi,I have a 2002 VW 4 MOTION and have the dreaded speedo working then its not working.Can anyone tell me as to where the problem lies and also where is the speed sensor is as most forums say under the battery(mainly for standard engines) but nothing is the same on mine, can anyone point as to where the feed comes from on the V6 please Many Thanks in advance

    The sensor is on the back of the casing where the bit of masking tape is on this modded 4M 02M box I built. I have never replaced one but have had plenty of broken white/ blue wires under the battery and replaced a LOT of Golf 4 dash pods due to speedo failure.

    Anthropogenic climate change, the biggest con inflicted on mankind since religion...
