Hi guys,

Could anyone please help me with the following?

So when I’m driving along and i lift off the accelerator my gearstick comes alive and wobbles back and forth like mad.

Difficult to explain but imagine your driving down the road and the lights ahead turn red... you lift off the go pedal to slow down allowing the car to just gradually slow down.

This is what I’m met with, in the video you can see when i press the accelerator the gearstick tightens up, lift off, wobble. (Obviously filmed on a private patch of land).

I’ve changed the following:
Left engine mount
Upper gearbox mount
Dogbone
Both dogbone bushes

Other parts that could maybe have an effect that were changed:
All front suspension bushes and linkages
So there’s literally no worn out bushes or excessive play in the engine gearbox or suspension.

I can’t imagine clutch would have anything to do with it as the linkage isn’t in anyway connected??

Driving me bonkers, so any help as to where I can look next would be much appreciated!

Thanks

Edit: Tapatalk won’t let me upload the video for some reason, I’ll edit again as soon as I figure out how to do it!
