Alternative Wheel Question

My 2003 A8 came with 20" 9 spoke alloys. One has a flat spot, and the others have seen better days. I know there are loads of aftermarket rims out there, but I'm wondering if anyone can tell me if genuine Audi wheels from other models such as the Q7 would fit? Sorry if this has been asked already, I've done a search but not found a definite answer. Thanks.

If you look at the markings on them yours probably say 8.5J and ET45, which are important for getting handling, body clearance, etc correct. The Q7 has different specifications for these, so won't fit.

20" A6 wheels on the 2011+ years had the same spec as yours, but not an official fit of course.
