    Hello,

As I’m new to Audi, I don't have a clue what the best Audi Breakers Yards are in the U.K.

if anyone can provide a name and a web site address it would assist me very much for when I require to look for Audi parts.

I would like to express my thanks to every one that can provide the information in advance.

    Best regards,

    Stuart.

I will give you my forty years worth, after countless problems and much misery as a professional VAG garage I have had to give up on used parts. Two recent examples that led to this, a “perfect” All Road full rear end that was blasted, powder coated and rebuilt with all new bearings and Powerflex bushes to act as a demo unit for Powerflex turned out to have a slightly bent left hub carrier, 0.5mm on the measuring plate in the autopsy which saw said blasted, powder coated, re-bearinged hub launched across the room. Or the used low milage cam carrier and cams which came off of the correct engine but after cleaning and building this into an engine (twin cam chain driven) we found it run at low boost and after stripping everything down and minutely inspecting everything we found it had been fitted with a non turbo exhaust cam. Certain thing as are OK, such as body and trim or obsolete parts but anything electronic or mechanical cam be a nightmare. The most common **** up is gearbox’s.

Mechanical & electrical items I’d replace with new as second hand items have no guarantee of what life they have left in them.
I’m mainly looking for interior trim parts in Soul Black to suit a A4 B7 which seems to be like hens teeth. I’ve got 80% of the trim just missing the elusive pieces for the central consul which is difficult to find.
