    Hi there
    My VW golf mk5 needed a new boot latch as the old one corroded and stopped working. Now i have put the new one in when i lock my car my car keeps alarming. I have tried a different latch and the problem persists. Anyone have any ideas?

    Have you stopped what causes the corroded latch... a leaking rear wiper motor washer connection?
