LED's on a trailer

Any help please?
I have just connected a trailer that has LED lights on it, and none of them work with the car, is there a issue with LED's on a 2007 car?????

I guess you may have resolved this by now. If not, then yes. I think the car's ability to sense a blown bulb is based on current draw. Using LED's connected like with a trailer, the current draw is very little so the car thinks the 'lights have gone'. Way around this is to make a unit that puts a 'dummy' load on there. Resistors across each light circuit. I'm sure there are after market units you can purchase that do just this.

There might be a way to by pass this in the car set up via the VCDS type config devices. But unlikely as at the time of design Im sure the Audi engineers were thinking that far ahead
