    Hi All,

The A/C on my B7 is weak (it has done about 180k) , about a year ago it completely went and so we got it recharged (machine indicated no leak), since then however it has been losing it's potency and when VERY warm it just can't cool the car.

Are there any common weaknesses that causes this and are easily checked? I tried wobbling the centre bolt on pulley wheel of the A/C but it was rather solid.

Any thoughts/pointers welcomed, before it goes to an A/C specialist.

Turns out the connection to the condensor was leaking, so a new condensor and dryer will be going in.
