    Hi

I have an Audi Q7 2016 and the plastic in the boot on both sides got scratched by tiles (was not my fault!!!)

It needs to have the deep scratches restored but not sure what is best to do?

I have read about using a heatgun and glade pad

    Any suggestions would be good

    Cheers

Probably the best option is the heatgun. It depends how deep are the scratches. If deep, even the heatgun will not help. Also if you don't have an experience with heatgun watch some films on You Tube how to do it since it is easy to worsen the situation instead of removing the scratches.

I would just replace the bits of trim that are damaged with new pieces from your parts dept... appreciate that is more costly however.
