    Is it possible that change the doors on a Polo that has electric windows to manual crank. Easily? Know it sounds like a plonkers question, but someone has asked the question, so I anm asking....cheers

    The regulator (lifter) is different but bolts onto the same points: male projection through door card for manual and female for motor drive on electric. If I was intent on it I'd see if I could fashion something onto the electric regulator for a handle to see whether the gearing is OK for manual fit. Nice neat hole from a small hole saw to fit a cap in if it all goes wrong...
