Hay folks, I thought I might drop a line here.
My A3 tfsi died ☹️, so I have picked up a 06 plate 2.0 tdi of engine I believe @ 146k for penny's to get me buy till I can save up.

When I'm driving the car at 30+ and I push the go pedal there is a bit of a rattle and vibration, and the car pulls to the left a reasonable amount aka if I let go of the wheel I would be off the road in under a few seconds, and when I let off the throttle it veers to the right with the vibration disappearing.

When I got the car the front tires were shot so I have got some fresh rubber in the corners, I was kind of hoping that was the issue, but if anything it actually seems worse.

I was wondering if any one had any ideas that I can try, I'm more than happy to send photos etc of what ever anyone would need to see to get an idea of suspension components etc.

Ideally I want to spend pretty much nothing on this car as it cost £400 🤣.

But if I have to replace a tie rod end or somit im sure I can stretch to it.

Btw when not accelerating the car hold a pretty decent straight line, which is more than could be said for my RIP A3 👍🏼.

    Many thanks,
    Dave

Something will be worn on the steering/ suspension.

Could be a ball joint, track rod end or suspension bush.

Ideally it need to go up on a lift & all parts checked for wear.
