    Default Multitronic problems – 16-06-2020,07:49 PM
    Hi, im having problems with my A6 Avent 2008 2.0tdi automatic. The problem started when the car just randomly started to judder when pull off or out of junctions. I had a mate plug it into vag-com and have these codes, P1743,P1764,P1741,P1890. Can anyone please help me with a solution.

    Could you post the result of the full VCDS report in advanced reply using the # code report wrapping function. Only one of those codes comes up on the VCDS help page so the codes themselves are useless without a description. Are you sure it was VAG-COM/VCDS he used?

    If you click on reply and then advanced on the second row of icons next to the end you will see the # symbol. This puts [code] [\code] in the reply and you paste your text report from VCDS in between the boxed text.
