    Default headlight level sensor – 07-06-2020,10:24 AM
    Hi all i need to replace the rear axle headlight level sensor on my 2013 audi a4 avant . could anyone tell me if it is just a case of fitting a new sensor or will i need VCDS to program the new part any advice would be appreciated

    I replaced one of these on my 2008 S line saloon several years ago. That, of course was a B8 whereas yours will be a B8.5.
    I needed to do no Vcds adjustment but just wrestled with the mounting bolt, replaced with a fresh sensor and it worked and the fault code did not reappear. Probably yours should be as simple. Good luck.

    Hi. I have the message stating that my auto headlight adjuster has a fault. Can anyone suggest where to start when diagnosing it? Is this a known/regular fault? I have a 2008 3.0TDi S-line Quattro cabriolet. Thank you.
