2009 A3 sportsback 1.9tdi door lock module clip

Hi Guys,
This is my first post, so apologies for any mistakes🙂

I have removed and repaired all four door lock modules on my wife’s Audi A3😀
On replacing the last module, I dropped and lost the yellow and black clip that links the outer door handle to the mechanical section of the lock module😬🙁🙁I’ll try and attach some pictures of the part.
I cannot find the part I need anywhere on the web
