    Hi

I have just noticed a small dent under the rear light lens, on my 2018 4M E-Tron.

It is about 3cm long, 1.5cm wide and 0.5cm deep. There is no sign of damage to the paint work.

I have no idea how it got there.

Does anyone have an idea how it could be fixed?

The car is on PCP and I do not want to incur excessive damage charges.

    Thanks

    Thanks Gaz.

    Paintless Dent Removal.

It is right up under the lens, on the fold on the metal. I don't know this process. Can it get into awkward spaces or is it really intended for dents in the middle of panels?

What metal is the lower tailgate formed from?

    Cheers

It will not be easy since the lower tailgate is probably made from aluminium. But there are specialists who can fix it even if it is aluminium. Just dig a bit in the net. Uncle Google should help.
