Hi, i'm new to forums so i'm not sure how this works, but i'm needing some help with finding my spark plugs.
My car is a 1997 Volkswagen Golf GL with the 1.6 AFT engine. I've looked all over the internet and haven't been able to find anything useful, i'm hoping someone on this forum can help me out.
So far i've only been able to spot one spark plug on the very left side of the engine, but can't find the other 3.

Anyone who's owned or worked with an AFT engine, could you let me know how to go about finding and replacing the sparkk plugs?

    Thanks, Ali.

The number 2 and 3 are awful to get at, I use wobbly end and UJ adapters to get at them. On the later Golf 4 with a certain 2 litre engine (there are 4) you have to remove the inlet manifold...
