10 – Bolt, 25 Nm
11 - Camshaft sprocket
12 – Bolt, Slacken and tighten with counter hold tool -T10051-, 100 Nm
13 - Camshaft hub
14 - Plug
15 - Toothed belt cover (rear)
16 – Bolt, 9 Nm
17 - High-pressure pump hub
18 – Nut, 95 Nm
19 - High-pressure pump sprocket
20 – Bolt, Renew, 20 Nm
21 - Idler roller
22 – Bolt, Renew, 50 Nm + turn 90° further
23 - O-ring, Renew
24 - Coolant pump
25 – Bolt, 15Nm
26 - Crankshaft sprocket, Contact surface between sprocket and crankshaft must be free of oil
snaptube
27 – Bolt, Renew, Slacken and tighten with counter hold tool -
vidmate- Do not additionally oil threads and shoulder
Tighten in three stages as follows:
1st stage: 180 Nm
2nd stage: Use rigid wrench to turn 90° further
3rd stage: Use rigid wrench to turn 45° further
Toothed belt cover, Tighten bolts to 9 Nm.
