So around 2 weeks back I was doing a bit of work on my car to the radio, air suspension and fitting a sub so the ignition was on and off and had to jump start it a few times as the battery was flat due to it not being driven.

Once I finally got the opportunity to take it for a nice drive, it was fine for a week.

Yesterday, started it up in the morning - was fine. Left it running for 10 minutes and turned it off. In the evening I went out and it wouldn't unlock with the key, I had to put the key in the door to unlock, there was no interior light, no ignition or power to start the car.

Jump started it this morning, it took a while but it eventually started. It started up and ran fine in the end, everything seemed to work like it should have. However, when i revved the car up the lights and speedo cut out for a second then come back on with a few beeps. The battery light would come on and red steering light.

Plugged it into Carista and these are the codes I am getting:

    00668 - Supply Voltage Terminal 30
    00532 - Supply Voltage B+

Then I am getting (which I assume are all releated)
01812 - Supply Voltage for Door Cotroller pass. side J387
01813 - Supply voltage for door controlle rear left J388
01814 - Supply voltage for door controller rear right J388
00446 - Function limitation due to under voltage
00447 - Function limitation due to voltage to high

    It's a 1.9tdi

    Any ideas where to start?

A working battery would be a good place to start.

New battery in... It starts fine. Runs for 3 seconds and all interior electrics (including speedo, wipers, windows etc) all cut out.

Check earthing points, relays for corrosion, something is overheating and causing a shutdown, electrical issues can be a bitch to trace, but it sounds like something is loose or corroded, its a process of elimination.
