    Hi everyone. I'm just wondering has anyone had a audi a4 b8 120bhp tdi remapped and if so have they had any problems. Plus what gains are safe for that particular engine?

    That sounds very down tuned bearing in mind the 1.9 tdi was doing 130 & 150 BHP early 2000's .

    Good news it should have all the higher tune hardware .

    I can't see why a safe 190 BHP and 300+lbft isn't possible.

    It won't be 120bhp, maybe 120KW at the wheels not sure where you got this number. If you drive this car sensibly (most of the time) and look after the service history you'll be fine.
