    Hi.

Getting pinballed by VW and the dealership, and would appreciate some direction on how to resolve a situation.

I recently bought a 2 year old Passat. The service booklet was missing. It's only had one service before now, and I have a VW service centre print-off to confirm.

I was able to pickup a new service booklet (blank), but obviously it is missing the data/options sticker for my car. The other sticker has been located in the boot under the carpet.

I'm looking for a matching sticker for my new service booklet, but both VW and the dealership are saying the other will help, resulting in neither of them helping me. Very disjointed response.

Does anyone know where I can get my sticker reprinted for my new service booklet?

    Much appreciated.

Not sure about an original but what about taking a picture, printing it and cutting it out to stick in your booklet. There is a graphic designer who owns a lovely mk1 TTQS and he has made lots of the original stickers for his car. You could get him to make one but the cost could be higher.

I’d do the same as Scott suggests - I too have a replacement book but never even thought of the sticker, but then I’ve owned my A2 for 15 years and never bothered to decode the one in the service book in all that time!

If you register with 'MYVW' and enter your car you should be able to obtain a list of all service and repairs carried out if its been done by VW, although not a lot of detail.
