    Hi
Car is going into over boost
Mr muscled the turbo 3 times
Actuator arm moves freely with no sticky spots
    Car has vac line simplicated
    So only running n75
    From vacuum pump to n75
    Then line to actuator
When I take the vaccum of on idle, the actuator drops away as it should
Does not seem to be sticking
Unplugged Maf didn't make any difference
    Cleaned Map Sensor
    Egr is deleted
Could it be a worn turbo, sounds perfect,no whining or grinding and when boost is working car pulls great

    Log from my car idling

I think the MAP section of the Thrust sensor is sticking and over reading, check it using measuring blocks 011 block 3 in graph mode. By the way, Mr Muscle is water based and causes the turbine shaft piston rings to rust and dump oil into the exhaust.

Thank you for the reply crasher
Yes I notice in block 11 that actual intake pressure is consistently measuring 2983.5
I do have an Egr delete, would this have an influence on that reading?
I done a run tonight and logged it but its only in the format below?
Is this any good to you?

I can delete this if it means nothing

The only influence your EGR delete will have is me helping you as I vehemently object to the removal of legally required emissions devices. Your MAP sensor is stuck reading the maximum it can at just under 2 Bar above atmosphere. If you give it a gentle ******** it may drop back to circa 1000 mBar but whatever, that is your fault and you need to fix that first.
